PENNY HARKER – SECRETARY
Penny Harker didn’t grow up skiing.  Georgia only gets snow about once very 5-10 years.  Since meeting her husband Jonathan in 2012, she has grown from snow-plowing down green runs at Bluewood to exploring off trail and untracked pow!
As an outdoor family, snow sports and skiing have been the primary winter activity.  The Harker’s took an interest in the BART Team last year when their daughter joined the Alpine Race Team.  They have enjoyed watching all of the kids on the team grow in their confidence by improving their individual skiing skills and cheering loudly when BART kids make the podiums!
Off piste, Penny proudly serves our nation’s Veterans as an advanced practice Clinical Pharmacist at the Jonathan M. Wainwright Memorial VA Medical Season.  Off season you will find Penny outdoors in the mountains or helping out on the family ranch.
Tyler Tennyson Treasurer
TYLER TENNYSON – TREASURER
Tyler Tennyson was born and raised on the west side of Washington State and grew up with Stephens Pass as his home mountain.  While attending the University of Washington, my ski horizons expanded through ski travel with my now-wife Chelsea.  Bouncing between the Tetons, the Cascades, and Whistler, he learned to be happiest when skiing with family and friends.  So, when they had kids, it was a no-brainer that skiing would be a central part of our family culture, and BART has become the centerpiece of all that.  We moved to Walla Walla for our work in wine, but it may just be Bluewood that keeps us here.

DANIEL WAMPFLER – MEMBER AT LARGE
Daniel Wampfler has recently been acquainted with the sport of skiing.  Groing up in Michigan, he learned to ski on icy, cold, and short vertical runs.  He’s a well-dressed and loves the gear that makes him look good in the lift line as the quintessential poser.
The excitement of his then 8-year-old daughter created the foundation for winter family fun, and since 2019 they have been all in!
As our newest member to the board, Daniel is engaged and providing insight, support and professional opinions that encourage the growth of the BART Team.
Daniel Shares the wine making and general manager responsibilities with his wife Amy Alvarez-Wampfler at Abeja Winery in Walla Walla, WA.
